What is collected, how it is used, and what is not done with it. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form requests gender, birthdate, self-rated health, smoking status, desired benefit, and term. Responses go to the carriers' quoting system for rates but are not kept here. Name, address, phone, or email are never collected for quotes. Identical repeated requests use a temporary cache to avoid redundant calls.

Applying

When you apply, your responses fill a secure form on the carriers' platform under their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply method, topic, and message. It is sent to the agency via email using your address as the reply-to. No message copies, submission database, or logs are retained. An anti-abuse screen runs in your browser before submission.

Measurement

Page views are counted using cookieless measurement from this domain. No cookies or identifiers are stored. Two bytes of your IP address are obscured before logging. Referring page query strings are stripped. Visit logs are destroyed after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted.

What we do not do

Personal data is not sold, shared, tracked by advertisers, or analyzed by third parties. The sole external code is the carriers' application system, which runs only on the application page if you visit it.
